The death of Lesandro Junior Guzman-Feliz, Combating Gang Violence in the Bronx, and Social Justice Summer Camps
On this week’s episode of JustLove, Monsignor Kevin Sullivan will be talking about the tragic death of 15 year old Lesandro Guzman-Feliz and also social justice summer camps for youth. Father Jonathan Morris, Pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in the Bronx, celebrated the funeral mass on last Wednesday – June 27th – for 15-year-old Lesandro “Junior” Guzman after he was killed in an alleged case of mistaken identity by members of the Trinitarios street gang.
