Following this, we are joined by Father Enrique Camacho Monserrate, Executive Director of Caritas Puerto Rico, to discuss the April 21st Supreme Court move to kick back to Congress the decision of whether the residents of Puerto Rico are eligible for the Federal SSI Program.
