The Plight of Youth Homelessness, and what is Mental Health First Aid?

On today’s recording of JustLove, we are joined by the Reverend Dr. Shakeema North of Covenant House New York. She takes on the complicated issue of youth homelessness with us and shares the relief work of the Covenant House. We then turn to the related issue of mental health more broadly, and have a conversation with Chuck Ingoglia of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. He talks to us about what “Mental Health First Aid” is, and how the public can make use of available resources during the season often associated with elevated levels of depression.
