The 96th Annual Academy Awards and the Essence of Ramadan

On this weekend of the 96th Annual Academy Awards taking place this Sunday, March 10th – Monsignor is joined by Actor Damian Buzzerio who – when he is not performing on the stage, he works in Administrative Support here at Catholic Charities. He talks about this Year’s Oscar Nominated Motion Pictures and whom he predicts will take home the Award for Best Picture. In addition, ahead of the First Day of Ramadan on Sunday, March 10th. He is joined by the Deputy Imam of the Masjid Al-Haram Mosque in the Bronx about the Essence and Meaning of Ramadan in the Islamic Faith, and what the purpose of the Ramadan Fast is in the practice of Islam.
