Prof. Timothy Hagle, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Iowa. To celebrate Superbowl Weekend, Tanya talks about an article she wrote for the on-line magazine Sport in American History titled: “Football is the New American Religion” and why she feels that Football itself has taken on a nearly religious significance in the lives of many Football fans.
