Melissa Fleischut is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Restaurant Association of New York State. Over the past 5 months, while the Coronavirus Pandemic wreaked havoc with our entire economy, restaurants were one of the sectors of the economy to suffer the most because of social distancing requirements and other safety precautions put in place by government authorities. Melissa Fleischut talks about how the restaurant industry has coped with these measures, and now with restaurants slowly reopening for business, what members of her organization hope for the future of their industry here in New York State.
