Ms. Colby discusses the work of her union to negotiate a new contract to make permanent a remote work policy and retro-active pay covering the cost of inflation. Tied to the consequences of the risks of Labor’s struggle is the worldwide epidemic of homelessness. Lydia Stazen, the Executive Director and Chair of the Working Group to End Homelessness at the United Nations, joins us to discuss the current state of housing as a staple to responsible civil societies.
