Anxiety Over Presidential Election Ballot Counting and the Consequences of Results on Catholic Charities Agencies

During this week when the very contentious 2020 Presidential Election was held on Tuesday, November 3rd, and the results of which are still not definitively known are causing tremendous anxiety for many across the country, Dr. Wright shares with us what some of what the consequences of that anxiety are for our physical and emotional health, and additionally offers strategies for how we might manage this stress in healthy ways during this difficult time.
